Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bark The Dog Bakery! We pride ourselves on creating handcrafted, fresh, and healthy treats for your furry friends.

Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our products, which are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns once an item has been shipped or delivered. This includes all cakes, pupcakes, treats, toppers, and barkeuterie boxes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to:

• Offer a replacement where applicable, or

• Provide store credit or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we may have already started preparing your items and may not be able to cancel.

Custom Orders

All custom messages and personalization are final. Please double-check spelling and details before submitting your order.
